I offer a place to slow down, reflect, and work together on what’s holding you back and what can lead you toward clarity, confidence, and a life that feels fun and fulfilling again. You don’t have to navigate it alone—I’m here to support you as you find your way forward.
I believe therapy should feel supportive, human, and empowering — not intimidating or clinical. I show up as my full self in sessions: warm, thoughtful, and genuine, with space for humor and curiosity alongside meaningful work.
I’m especially passionate about helping people heal from unhealthy or toxic relationship patterns, process trauma, and navigate big emotions like anxiety, grief, or burnout. I strive to create an affirming, culturally responsive space where clients feel respected, understood, and safe to be themselves.
My role is to meet you where you are, move at a pace that feels right, and support you in building healthier patterns, stronger self-trust, and more balanced relationships — both with others and with yourself.
I've been told I'm easy to connect with, in particular by folks who haven't found the right fit.
I work with adults experiencing high-functioning anxiety, depression, stress and adjustment to life changes.
I have a BA in Psychology, an MSW in Social Work, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, an advocate for social justice, and have a lifelong commitment to examining the systems that create and maintain inequity and oppression.
I am a Texas-licensed therapist with more than a decade of experience helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, depression, and concerns related to motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, respected, and understood. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel challenging, and I commend you for showing up for yourself. You don’t have to do this alone.
I want you to feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood when you walk into therapy with me. My background blends creative arts, special education, and clinical mental health training, which allows me to see each client as a whole person—not just through a diagnostic lens. I’ve spent years supporting children, adolescents, and families through school counseling, crisis intervention, autism-related needs, maternal mental health concerns, and major life transitions.
Clients often tell me I’m warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I aim to make therapy feel both comforting and productive, giving you practical tools you can use right away. No matter what you’re facing, you won’t be navigating it alone—we’ll work through it together at a pace that feels right for you.
