Hi! My name is Dr. Chelynn Randolph and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist located in Denver, CO. I am currently a clinical assistant professor at the University of Colorado Denver but I received my education in MFT from Appalachian State University (masters) and Florida State University (doctorate). As a therapist, I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or stress.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in a corporate setting for 20 plus years. Although the financial reward was great, I was left unfulfilled. I made a choice to follow my passion, and as an older student, graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I have experience working with interpersonal violence, complex trauma, life transitions and personal growth. As a mother, corporate professional, and entrepreneur, I am able to draw from my life experiences along with my clinical training.
Now that I have found my passion, I am excited to share with you the healing power of therapy.
Cindy C White LPC, NCC

Hello! My name is Megan Hilton, and I am an LPC mental health counselor. I obtained my Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University in March of 2023, where I began seeing clients and gaining experience. I specialized in child and adolescent therapy while in school and have continued working with youths between 5 - 18 years old. I attended therapy myself as a child and adolescent and feel my personal experience has allowed me to better understand my younger clients. I have also gained experience working with adults through individual, couples, and family counseling.
Growing up with 4 brothers and 2 sisters lead me to develop a strong and outgoing personality that carries into sessions; I am gently candid to help push people to their potential. My goal is to explore people’s values and encourage them to develop their strengths. I believe laughter is healing so I implement that frequently into sessions.
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with over 25 years of experience working in schools as a school psychologist. I have been married for 30 years and have three adult sons.

I truly believe that everyone possesses the tools within for self-healing and recovery, and I would be honored to walk beside you on your journey. I believe the first step in healing is being given a safe and nonjudgmental space to truly be seen and heard. I give every client a space of warmth, empathy, acceptance, and support.
