Hello! I’m Hannah Ashley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from the Garland School of Social Work at Baylor University. With 10 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with Division I collegiate athletes as well as children and adolescents in public school settings. My goal is to create a supportive and effective therapeutic space where you can build resilience, develop coping strategies, and work toward your personal and professional goals.
I’m a warm, open-minded therapist who believes in empowering clients through empathy, honesty, and collaboration. With a background in both the military and education, I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to supporting individuals from all walks of life. I specialize in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. My style is friendly and conversational, with a focus on practical strategies and emotional growth. Whether you're navigating stress, relationships, or personal transitions, I’m here to walk alongside you with encouragement and insight.
I am an LPC with over 10 years of vast experience and have received specialized training in evidence-based practices. My training and education allow me to tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. My clients say that I am "real and kind of funny."
I have been helping people overcome life's challenges in various professions for almost 30 years. I truly enjoy being there for people when they need help, reassurance and guidance. I do my best to be approachable and see the life my clients are living.
Hello! I have experience working with adolescents and adults using a variety of therapy techniques in individual and group therapy sessions. I work with a variety of treatment modules including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, existential therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness. I have worked extensively in crisis experience and with clients in crisis partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive out-patient (IOP), and in school settings.
Hi there! I know that asking for help can be difficult, but it can also be life changing when you find the right therapist. If you are struggling with symptoms of anxiety or depression and want to understand the "why" behind them rather than only focus on generic quick fixes, I may be a good fit for you. I believe that before we can problem solve our issues, we first need to fully understand them. I help my clients identify patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that have become habitual so they can regain conscious control over their lives. By doing so, we create the opportunity to do things differently.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults through life’s most challenging transitions. My background spans mental health therapy, crisis intervention, trauma recovery, child welfare, and geriatric care, which allows me to work with clients from a holistic, compassionate, and well-rounded perspective.
I use a strength-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach, meeting each client where they are and honoring their unique experiences. My clinical work integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I work collaboratively with clients to set meaningful goals, build coping skills, and create sustainable change.
I have experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also bring a strong background in crisis support and safety planning, ensuring clients feel supported, grounded, and safe throughout the therapeutic process.
Above all, I strive to provide a warm, non-judgmental, and culturally responsive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to your needs, with a focus on helping you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Hi, I’m Noemi. I work with young adults who seem to have it together on the outside but struggle on the inside with deep anxiety, intense stress, or depression that makes it hard to focus, enjoy life, or feel settled in who they are. If you feel like you’re trying really hard but still can’t tap into your strengths or make sense of your place in the world, you’re not alone — and I’d be glad to walk alongside you as you begin to feel more grounded and less overwhelmed.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC).I am passionate about helping people heal from trauma, manage depression and anxiety, reduce stress, and navigate addiction and recovery.
As a therapist, I specialize in trauma recovery and the treatment of phobias, using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 5 to 25. Together, we’ll work to uncover strengths, build resilience, and find practical tools to help you or your child move forward.
In addition to EMDR, I’m trained in multiple trauma-informed approaches, including Sandtray Therapy and Play Therapy. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all method to healing, so I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and preferences.
I also offer parent support through dedicated "Parent Sessions," where I provide coaching, education, and guidance to help families support their child’s growth and healing at home. I view therapy as a family-centered process — not just individual work — and I'm passionate about empowering caregivers along the way.
I provide both in-person and virtual sessions through Bending Willows Wellness PLLC in the San Antonio area. I am licensed in Texas and offer virtual therapy to clients across the state. Virtual sessions are available for ages 8 and up, while children ages 5–7 are seen in person.
