Recognized as a Child Mom Approved Counselor in 2023, I bring over 20 years of ministry experience and counseling training from Dallas Theological Seminary. I support clients navigating anxiety, grief, and life or cultural transitions, helping couples move toward stronger, healthier, and more connected relationships.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Southern New Hampshire University and my Master of Education in Counseling and Development from Lamar University. I have clinical experience working across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Through this work, I have supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also work with individuals and couples who want to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and build healthier connections.
