Hi! Im April Kitchens, LCSW. I am thrilled that we have crossed paths. If you are here, you have done half of the work! Im passionate about helping others manage OCD, anxiety backed disorders, depression and other stressors that life has handed to you. We all experience difficulties but when enough is enough we could use a helping hand. I am that hand.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas, dedicated to providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood.
My work is grounded in a person-centered approach. I believe therapy is not about fixing you, but about helping you understand yourself more deeply, meaningful and lasting change can happen from within.
I am engaged, thoughtful, and direct when needed. I will help you identify patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also supporting you in building concrete, usable coping skills. I value depth, honesty, and real change—not surface-level conversations.
Hi, I’m Becca Allen, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Becca Allen Counseling, PLLC in San Antonio. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, and perinatal mental health concerns. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Consultant (CEDS-C) and a Perinatal Mental Health Certified provider (PMH-C), and much of my work focuses on helping people rebuild trust with their bodies, emotions, and relationships.
I'm a Clinical Social Worker with three years of experience. I graduated from Texas A&M University Kingsville with a Masters in Social Work. I look forward to getting to meet you.
I have been a therapist for 17 years and have worked children and adults of all ages. I find joy in working with others reach their goals, manage life, and find peace.
Hi, I'm Shavonne, a passionate and empathetic therapist who enjoys working with women to help them thrive and live a balanced life! My specialities include perinatal mental health (helping mamas navigate their mood and emotions), stress management, and anxiety/depressive symptoms for ALL women.
My goal is to create a safe space where the superman cape, the mask, the facade that you've had to show the world can come down. That cape is really heavy.
I want to extend a special invitation to those in the helping professions: this is a safe place to discuss those crazy stories, and know you'll never feel judged or looked down on. As a former social worker, I can tell you I've seen my own share of the best and worst humanity has to offer. My dark sense of humor is a load-bearing structure.
