I bring expertise in addressing depression, anxiety, stress management, and self-esteem challenges.
Hi! I'm Kelly (she/they). In the past, I've worked at hospices and crisis centers; I'm passionate about creating space to hold the heavy parts of life. My expertise lies in grief counseling, and I work with all different kinds of loss. I currently work in private practice, and I see both individuals and couples. I enjoy working with teens and young adults, queer and trans folx, and neurodivergent clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and existential dread.
Hi, I’m Noemi. I work with young adults who seem to have it together on the outside but struggle on the inside with deep anxiety, intense stress, or depression that makes it hard to focus, enjoy life, or feel settled in who they are. If you feel like you’re trying really hard but still can’t tap into your strengths or make sense of your place in the world, you’re not alone — and I’d be glad to walk alongside you as you begin to feel more grounded and less overwhelmed.
As a therapist, my goal is to create a warm, empathic, supportive environment where we can collaborate to work through the issues you are struggling with. I want to help people feel empowered to create positive change in their lives. I'd be honored to work with you to help you be the best version of you!
I am originally from Houston, TX. I earned my B.A. from the University of Houston and M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University New Orleans. I have extensive training in play therapy and completed my internship at a play therapy clinic at Louisiana State University Health and Sciences Center.
I am a bilingual licensed clinical social worker in the state of Texas. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, and end-of-life concerns. My work focuses on helping clients develop insight into their experiences, identify effective coping strategies, and build secure connections that promote emotional well-being.
Hi, I’m Nancy. Life brings all of us through periods of change — from retirement and career shifts to relationship ups and downs — and sometimes our emotions feel too heavy to sort out on our own. If you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, difficult transitions, or stress in your relationships or family, you’re in the right place. I want you to know there is hope for real relief and forward movement, and I’m here to walk with you through it.
