I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) specializing in helping adults navigate intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and perfectionism. I have advanced training in treating OCD and co-occurring disorders such as ADHD and other anxiety disorders. I also have extensive experience working within the LGBTQ community regarding a variety of concerns, and I strive to provide a space that is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care.
I’m Jenna Emmons, a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania. I have more than 9 years of experience working in the mental health field, providing support and guidance for teens and adults from diverse backgrounds who experience challenges with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and grief. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply trying to make sense of life’s challenges, I offer a warm and supportive space to help you move forward.
Hello, I’m Yoon Kim, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I’ve worked in community mental health and private practice settings in both the U.S. and South Korea, which has enriched my approach with diverse cultural insights and perspectives. I specialize in evidence-based therapies, collaborating with individuals to address unique needs, foster growth, and promote well-being.
I take a holistic perspective with my clients to address the health of body, mind, and spirit. I believe that a solid therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is a crucial part of the healing process, and that techniques and therapy approaches must “fit” the client in order to be effective—there is no “one size fits all” therapy.
I have a long background in working with people who have interacted with the criminal justice system. This has given me first hand experience in witnessing how trauma, anger, depression, and anxiety negatively impacts not just the individual but also their families and partners. It has also given me the opportunity to educate people on themselves and seeing the gratifying process of change that happens as a result.
I believe every client holds the power to heal, even when if feels out of reach. With a background in ADHD, trauma recovery, domestic violence, and women's issues, I work alongside women and children to uncover their strength and build a new path forward. Clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where their journey is respected and supported. Healing is possible, and you don't have to walk through it alone.
