Hi! I have been in the therapy field for over 18 years, working with individuals and families in both outpatient, group, and residential settings. After a few unsatisfying careers and emotional stagnation in relationships, I recognized I needed to do some significant work on myself. I pursued therapy for myself which led me to appreciate the capacity and curiosity to want to help others.
As a clinician, I believe in meeting you where you are and building therapy around your unique needs and values. I help clients manage stress, improve relationships, and explore identity with curiosity and care. Together, we’ll work toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
Hi! My name is Kelly Singleman, I am a licensed mental health counselor and licensed professional counselor. I am a caring therapist who works hard in helping others to be the best version of themselves.
I was driven to become a licensed clinical social worker because of my own personal journey with therapy, in which I discovered how life-changing it can be. I bring the knowledge and understanding of what it’s like to begin something new and scary but also realize that everyone’s story is unique.
I received my Master’s in Social Work from West Chester University at their Philadelphia Campus. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
Welcome to therapy!
You have made the right decision by being here. I'm a seasoned Clinical Therapist with 15 years of experience. I have worked with Veterans, men, women and children in the criminal justice system, rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes and schools. I have a BA in Behavioral Science and a MA in Social Work, I'm board certified in Addiction and Mental Health.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families to resolve personal and relationship challenges, while developing healthy coping strategies and lifestyle habits that lead to a better quality of life. A central focus of my work is helping clients access, understand, and manage their emotions.
I support people navigating relational conflict, job-related stress, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, shame, guilt, fear, grief, ADHD and trauma. My training and personal and professional experience have equipped me to address matters of the heart while incorporating faith-based interventions that support holistic healing when appropriate.
I hold a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. My approach focuses on seeing the whole person rather than just symptoms.
From an outsider perspective, you are someone who comes across as having it "all together" - you are self-aware, (maybe a little too) independent, ambitious, and always the "solid" one on whom others rely - yet internally, you may feel a chronic sense of emptiness, distrust, and disconnection. Alternatively, you may live with overwhelming thoughts and emotions that you struggle to make sense of and contain. Through holistic creative practices that are tailored to empower you towards your most authentic self, I support deep feelers, creatives, and highly sensitive neurodivergent folx in rebuilding a sense of inner security.
