Hello! I offer Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy sessions in person and online. I will provide support with mood disorders, relationships, and parenting. You will have a safe and healthy space to explore your inner world and strengthen your support system and wellbeing.

I have had the honor of serving as a counselor in the Capital Region of New York for almost 15 years and 6 years ago opened my own private practice.

Accepting new clients, I utilize an eclectic type of therapy. I have experience working with teens and adults including the Military, law enforcement, fire department, and healthcare workers. I hope to help individuals identify what is happening in their life journey.
