Welcome!
I work with individuals across the lifespan, though I currently focus on individuals of all gender identities aged 20-55. I also have experience with incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals and their families.
Generally, my work focuses on overcoming beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviors that stem from difficult relationships and experiences throughout life. I recognize that our "bad" choices often arise from issues with our sense of self and self-worth, which we explore and understand in our work together.
I specialize in working with adults and adolescents working through trauma, shame, relationship/family difficulties, and mood disorders. I have experience working with a broad range of ages, ethnicities, socio-economic backgrounds, genders, sexualities, and family compositions.
