I help my clients to address and strengthen their mental, physical, emotional, and social needs that exhibit in the form of anxiety, depression, trauma, challenging life transitions, low self-esteem, inner child wounds, and relationship with self and others. While I have the knowledge, skills, and experience to serve clients with various mental health concerns, I specialize in addressing issues in relationships and helping adults struggling with patterns of toxic relationships.
Keeshawna Brooks, Ph.D., NCSP, L.P. is a professor, licensed clinical psychologist, and Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP). She earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship at a mental health clinic and school psychology consultation practice in Silver Spring, Maryland. Dr. Brooks is originally from Chicago and received her B.A. in psychology and M.A. in the social sciences from the University of Chicago.
Hi, I'm Stef. I work with adults, new parents, and teens navigating life transitions, anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, and generational trauma.
I have three areas of specialty. 1) Dialectical behavior therapy for people with intense emotions and self-identity issues. 2) Effective treatment for anxiety and OCD. 3) ADHD treatment for adults involving tools and strategies.
