I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 16 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I earned my Master’s Degree in Psychology–Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University and have worked across multiple levels of care, including serving as Clinical Director of a psychiatric treatment facility.
I currently work with adults and couples ages 18–80 who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and patterns that can leave people feeling stuck. My goal is to help clients understand what’s getting in the way of the life they want and support them in building the skills and confidence needed to move forward.
I’m a licensed psychologist with many years of experience working with people of all ages and from all walks of life. I bring a calm, steady presence into our work together. Many clients share that simply sitting down and being heard brings a sense of relief.
I take my work seriously, but I don’t take myself too seriously. I value warmth, honesty, and genuine connection, and I believe therapy works best when it feels human, not intimidating. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure where to begin, my goal is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and not alone as we figure things out together.
