Hi there! My name is Kayleigh, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida and Tennesee. I also have my PhD in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I have worked in private practice, in school settings, and at a non-profit facility. I have primarily provided therapy to adolescents and their families, but I also work with younger children and older adults providing individual, family, and couple therapy. I specialize in working with anxiety, identity issues, and stress management.
I have over 15 years of therapeutic services with individual, couples and family.
I am an LCSW with a mission to untangle trauma and transform lives.
I've observed that many are unaware their struggles stem from unresolved childhood trauma. I focus on addressing core beliefs formed during these transformative years.
As I too struggled with unhealthy patterns of my past. Hitting rock bottom was my turning point. I immersed myself in retreats and inner child work, finding strength in spirituality. Healing myself and paying it forward to help others heal too.
Hello, I am a licensed clinical social worker with years of experience in the helping field. I believe that mental health is a key part to success in life. I began my career working in substance abuse and homelessness, and I obtained my master's degree in social work from the University of Georgia in 2015. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life. I am here to support and empower you in that journey while always respecting your individuality and unique experiences.
Hey there! My name is Nikki :) a little about me is that I view my clients holistically and from a systems lens. I enjoy learning about my clients within the context of their childhoods, environment, and the culmination of their life experiences. I am very familiar with grief and find fulfillment in helping clients process major life changes and transitions. If clients are open, I incorporate spiritual understanding and meaning-making. As an LMFT, I love to assist clients in improving communication with others, especially loved ones, or to assist in boundary-setting strategies. A huge focus of mine is client empowerment and self-love, which extends to how one navigates the world!
