I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and relationship difficulties, including recovery from emotionally unhealthy or narcissistic dynamics. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I am passionate about helping clients reconnect with their strengths and move toward meaningful, lasting healing.
Many of the solutions we seek are already inside of us. They can be hard to find, but it is possible. Using talk therapy and emotional regulation skills, we’ll work together to identify goals and practices that fit with the life you’re eager to live. I will provide compassionate, steady support as you navigate anxiety, depression, family or relationship challenges, recovery from addiction, and the impacts of ADHD.
I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and always consider cultural and social context. I also collaborate with other therapists to offer educational and support groups several times a year. Using a combination of physical, emotional, and cognitive tools, we’ll work to improve daily functioning, strengthen coping skills, and increase the joy and ease in your life.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Regis University, and I work with adults across a variety of life stages and transitions.
I am a trauma-informed psychiatric nurse practitioner with training from Columbia University and Frontier Nursing University. My background includes psychiatric nursing across all levels of care, as well as six years in community health serving underserved and marginalized populations. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and have extensive experience treating mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and eating disorders, along with psychotic disorders, substance use concerns, and personality-related challenges. My training allows me to integrate medical knowledge, functional and nutritional psychiatry, community services, and psychotherapy to provide comprehensive, personalized care.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and the owner of Thought Evolution Counseling, PLLC. I’ve spent several years working with clients of different ages and backgrounds, and I really enjoy helping people through the moments in life that feel heavy or uncertain. Many of the clients I work with are dealing with anxiety, feeling stuck, or going through changes that have left them overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves. I’m especially drawn to supporting women during times of transition and self-reflection. I offer telehealth-only therapy so clients can access support in a way that feels flexible and comfortable.
Christina's passion lies in helping people holistically, addressing not only their mental health concerns but also their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
